Multi Moneyball Updates
Multi Moneyball UploadThe Multi Moneyball Upload functionality enables you to upload multiple Moneyball HTML files concurrently. This feature is particularly valuable if you are seeking to aggregate player statistics across multiple seasons, or to conduct comparative analysis between different shortlists.
Begin by navigating to the Moneyball Upload page and clicking the Multi Moneyball Upload button to open the file selection dialog.
Once the Multi Moneyball Upload file selection dialog is active, a dedicated interface will appear to either Drag and Drop or manually select up to 5 Moneyball HTML files. Each individual file must not exceed 10,000 players and must remain below the upload size threshold of 32 MB.
Statistics contained within the selected files will be merged and displayed as aggregated values across all submitted files. For instance, if a player appears in more than one file, their statistics will be consolidated into a single aggregated record reflecting totals across all relevant data sources.
For general information, such as a player's Club, Wage, or Transfer Value, the system will adopt the values present in the last file listed. You may determine which file appears last by reordering the list by Drag and Dropping a file.
If necessary, you may remove a previously selected file by clicking the icon beside the file in question.
Prior to export, ensure you are using the correct Moneyball views. Every file MUST be exported from Football Manager using these designated views to maintain compatibility and ensure data integrity. Otherwise it will result in import errors or incomplete and inaccurate data aggregation.
Consistency across uploaded files is crucial. Ensure that all files are exported with identical settings for Language, Wage Duration, Distance Units, Currency, Digit Group Symbol and Decimal Symbol. Inconsistencies between these parameters will undermine the integrity of merged statistics and may cause significant discrepancies in player comparisons.
Once you are happy with your file selections, click the Upload button and that will kick-off your Moneyball calculation.
