Tactics Creator

With the FMDataLab Tactics Creator, you have the ability to design your own in-game Football Manager tactics, which can then be applied to the Roles Selection and Best XI pages.This allows you to replicate your tactical setup from Football Manager and effortlessly toggle between different tactics across the Roles Selection and Best XI pages, facilitating the calculation of role scores specific to your chosen tactic.

On the Tactics Dashboard, you can both create and manage all your previously created tactics.

Tactics DashboardUsers are permitted to have up to 12 tactics stored simultaneously.To initiate the creation of a new tactic, simply click on the Add Tactic button, which will redirect you to the Tactics Creator page.

Add Tactic ButtonWithin the Tactics Dashboard, you have the flexibility to organise your tactics by sorting the list according to your preferences, or by using the search input to filter tactics based on their name. You can view or make adjustments to any tactic by selecting its name from the results list.

Sort and filter created TacticsEach tactic entry displays the tactic's name along with a small preview of the tactical formation, offering a quick visual reference for easy identification.

Tactic card with Tactic name and previewIn the Tactics Creator page you can assign a distinctive name to each tactic, and this will be reflected in the Roles Selection and Best XI pages dropdown menus, so ensure that your tactic is appropriately named for easy identification.

Just like in Football Manager, you can select the most relevant roles for each position. By clicking the + button next to a position, you will reveal a dropdown containing all the available roles for that position.

Add role to position within tacticNote that you are required to select 11 positions, with at least one being assigned the Goalkeeper role.

If you wish to reset your selections, simply click the Clear button, which will remove all selected roles but retain the tactic's name for convenience.

Once all 11 positions and their corresponding roles have been chosen, click on the Create Tactic button to finalise and save your tactic.
