Import Football Manager Views

With the views downloaded in the previous step. You can now import these Role Scores views into 3 separate screens in Football Manager.

The first step is to extract these files from the "Role Scores / Best XI" directory within the zip folder and move them to the correct directory on your machine.

Once the files have been extracted, you will need to add them to the views directory in your Football Manager 2024 directory, which is found within the Sports Interactive directory. (This will vary from machine to machine and operating system to operating system)

If the views folder does not exist, simply create the views folder within the Football Manager 2024 directory.

Player Search

Within Football Manager;

Navigate to the Scouting page
Click on the Players Tab
Select the Players in Range Option
Click on the View Dropdown
Hover over the Custom Option
Click on Import View...
Navigate to the views directory where you previously added the downloaded view files
Select the "fmdatalab_player_search_view" file
You should then see a popup window detailing that "fmdatalab_player_search_view" was imported successfully

Player Shortlist

Within Football Manager;

Navigate to the Scouting page
Click on the Shortlist Tab
Select the Shortlist Option
Click on the View Dropdown
Hover over the Custom Option
Click on Import View...
Navigate to the views directory where you previously added the downloaded view files
Select the "fmdatalab_shortlist_view" file
You should then see a popup window detailing that "fmdatalab_shortlist_view" was imported successfully

Squad

Within Football Manager;

Navigate to a Squad page (This can be your squad or an opposition squad)
Click on the View Dropdown
Hover over the Custom Option
Click on Import View...
Navigate to the views directory where you previously added the downloaded view files
Select the "fmdatalab_squad_view" file
You should then see a popup window detailing that "fmdatalab_squad_view" was imported successfully
